Terms of use
TheSync lets people share professional information, discover professionals and organize calls. These terms describe use of the service maintained by Lucas Ferreira.
Your account and content
Provide accurate information and only publish content and files you have the right to share. Protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, send abusive messages, distribute unlawful content or compromise the platform.
You retain rights to your content and allow TheSync to store and display it according to your publishing choices. Published profiles and their public files can be accessed by third parties and indexed by search engines.
Bookings and external services
Participants are responsible for attending, rescheduling or cancelling calls. TheSync organizes the availability configured by the professional. External appointments are considered only when a compatible integration is active and accessible.
Google sign-in, Calendar, Meet, hosting and email delivery depend on external services and their terms. Failures, revoked permissions or synchronization delays may affect bookings and notifications. Check booking details for their status and meeting link.
Using the platform
TheSync does not verify or guarantee every profile statement and does not guarantee employment, opportunities or call outcomes. Assess information and agreements directly with the professional. We may restrict content or access as needed to address abuse, unlawful use or risks to the service.
Privacy and closing your account
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can edit or unpublish your profile, disconnect integrations and delete your account in the dashboard. Disconnection and deletion do not remove existing events from Google Calendar; you can remove those events directly in Calendar.
